RBS Group’s ContentLive Takes Gold

 

 

At last night’s 2017 International Content Marketing Awards, Progressive Content won gold in the Best B2B and silver in the Best Finance categories for its RBS ContentLive project. “This solution is remarkable, it’s changing the whole organisation and putting content at the heart of it” said the judges. Other projects for REED (Best Video - Singular) and FCSI (Best Membership) were also shortlisted.

 

ContentLive is a bespoke content technology solution that, since launch in 2015, has been rolled out across 12 brands and business units within the RBS Group. It was developed to help the group’s frontline staff build deeper and more trusting relationships with clients. To do it we combined our expert in-house editors, strategists, developers, writers and designers with an end-to-end tech solution. Our Content Cloud® platform enables rapid content development at scale, a bespoke CMS supports deployment across multiple sites and our Knowledge Bank platform allows users to access the content they need immediately. 

 

The result is a solution that delivers one-to-one marketing at scale. In the first six months after launch the ContentLive app was downloaded by more than 80% of frontline users. And in the first three months, users shared three times more than had previously on social media and 84% said they had used it to develop meaningful conversations with clients and prospective clients. 

 

The Knowledge Bank platform also supports our work with Unum and its Clive solution, helping staff and client brokers start, continue and deepen relationships with clients.
